1. Acceptance and who we are
Postarra is a service provided by WHFDEV Tech Consulting ("Postarra", "we"). By accessing or using the service you (the "user", "you") confirm that you have read and accepted these Terms and the Privacy Policy. If you use the service on behalf of an organization, you confirm you have authority to bind it.
If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, do not use the service. Contact: talkto@postarra.com.
2. What the service does
Postarra lets you generate, edit and organize visual assets for social media (carousels, posts, covers and similar), supported by third-party artificial intelligence models for image and text generation, brand kit application and publishing planning.
The service is offered "as is" and evolves continuously. We may add, change or discontinue features at any time, aiming to give reasonable notice of material changes.
3. Account and eligibility
To use the service you authenticate with a Google account. You are responsible for keeping your access secure and for all activity under your account.
You must be at least 18, or the digital age of majority in your country (never under 16 in the European Union, per Article 8 GDPR), and legally able to enter into a contract. The service is not directed to children.
4. Plans, quota and billing
The service offers a free plan and paid plans (Starter, Pro and Team). Each plan includes a monthly image generation quota; standalone image packs may be purchased separately. The free plan applies a watermark to assets.
- Subscriptions are processed by Stripe and renew automatically at the end of each cycle (monthly or yearly) until cancelled.
- You may cancel at any time from the billing portal; cancellation stops the next renewal and keeps access until the end of the period already paid.
- Quota resets each cycle and does not roll over. Credits from standalone packs follow the conditions shown at purchase.
- Prices may vary by currency and region; the applicable price is the one shown at the time of purchase.
Consumers in the European Union have a right of withdrawal under applicable law. By starting to use a digital service within the cooling-off period, you acknowledge that immediate performance may limit that right, as provided by law.
5. Your content and AI-generated content
You keep ownership of the content you upload (text, images, logos, brand kit) and, to the extent permitted by law and by the AI providers' terms, of the content generated from your instructions.
You grant us a limited, non-exclusive, worldwide license to store, process, display and transmit that content for the sole purpose of operating the service (for example, sending your prompt and reference images to the AI providers and rendering the assets).
You are solely responsible for prompts, uploaded materials and published assets, including third-party rights (likeness, trademark, authorship). AI image use has additional rules in the AI Notice, which forms part of these Terms.
6. Prohibited conduct
You agree not to use the service to:
- break laws, third-party rights or the terms of integrated providers;
- generate illegal, defamatory, discriminatory, sexually explicit content involving minors, or content inciting violence or hatred;
- create deceptive deepfakes, impersonate real people without authorization, or use someone's likeness or voice without consent;
- infringe copyright, trademarks or trade secrets;
- circumvent quota, security, technical limits, or reverse engineer the service;
- upload malware or abusively overload the infrastructure.
7. Platform intellectual property
The software, the Postarra brand, its visual identity, first-party templates and the service arrangement are owned by or licensed to Postarra and protected by law. These Terms grant you no rights over the platform beyond the licensed use.
8. Third-party services
The service integrates third parties (authentication, payment, hosting, AI providers, email and analytics). Using these may be subject to those providers' terms. We are not liable for acts or omissions of third parties outside our reasonable control.
9. Disclaimer of warranties
AI outputs are probabilistic and may contain inaccuracies, bias or similarity to existing works. The service is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranty of fitness for a particular purpose, uninterrupted availability or accuracy of generated content. You are responsible for reviewing before publishing.
10. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Postarra is not liable for indirect, consequential or incidental damages, lost profits or data loss arising from the use or inability to use the service. Nothing in these Terms limits liabilities that the law does not allow to be excluded (for example, non-waivable consumer rights).
11. Suspension and termination
We may suspend or terminate access in case of a breach of these Terms, abuse, security risk or legal requirement. You may close your account at any time. After termination, we handle your data per the Privacy Policy and the law.
12. Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms. Material changes will be communicated by reasonable means (in-app notice or email). Continued use after the new version takes effect means acceptance. The last updated date appears at the top of this page.
13. Governing law and venue
These Terms are governed by the laws of Brazil. The consumer's domicile is the elected venue to settle disputes where applicable. Consumers in the European Union keep the protection of the mandatory rules of their country of residence.
