AI and Generated Content Notice

This notice supplements the Terms of Use and explains how AI content generation works in Postarra, who the providers are, and what your responsibilities are.

Last updated: July 3, 2026

1. How generation works

When you generate an image or text, your instruction (prompt) and any reference images are sent to third-party AI providers, which process the request and return a result. Postarra automatically routes to the provider best suited to each task and composes the final asset with your brand kit.

2. AI providers

The following act as processors of the content sent for generation: Google (Gemini), Replicate and Anthropic. Each provider has its own terms and privacy policies that apply to processing your content on their side.

3. Ownership and use of the output

To the extent permitted by law and by the providers' terms, content generated from your instructions is yours to use commercially. You are responsible for checking third-party rights before publishing.

AI outputs are not unique: similar instructions may produce similar images for other users. We do not guarantee exclusivity, absolute originality or that the result is free of similarity to existing works.

4. Your responsibilities

When using AI generation, you agree not to:

  • create deceptive deepfakes or impersonate real people without authorization;
  • use someone's image, voice or likeness without consent;
  • generate content that infringes copyright, trademarks or personality rights;
  • produce illegal, defamatory, discriminatory or harmful material;
  • present AI-generated content deceptively where transparency is required by law or by the publishing platform.

5. Limitations and human review

AI models can make mistakes, generate incorrect information, unreadable text or unwanted elements. Always review assets before publishing. Postarra is not responsible for decisions made based on unreviewed generated content.

6. Data in prompts

Avoid including unnecessary sensitive or confidential personal data in prompts and reference images, since that content is transmitted to AI providers. Processing of personal data follows the Privacy Policy.
